Press Release Body = Sinopec Sales Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sinopec
Corp. Entrusted by Sinopec Corp., the Company is mainly in charge of the sales and
management of refined oil products and other petroleum products. Meanwhile, the
Company also administers the personnel, property and assets of all branch oil
companies.

The Company\'s predecessor is Sinopec Sales Company established in 1985. Currently,
the Company owns 39 directly affiliated sub-companies (North China, East China,
South-Central China, Southwest China, Northeast China, Northwest China and Chuanyu
branches) which are, as its dispatched organs, mainly in charge of unified purchase
and financial settlement for the refined oil products produced by Sinopec Corp., and
also responsible for the resource allocation, distribution between regions,
transportation coordination, information exchange, and sales management as well as
the marketing and administration for the oil products in 11 provinces and
municipalities in Northeast China, Northwest China and Chuanyu (Sichuan-Chongqing)
region.

We have reached big sales volume in the European market and now are trying to
penetrate
the Northern American market. Quite soon we will open representative offices and
authorized sales
centers in North America and therefore we are currently looking for people who will
assist us in
establishing a new distribution network there. The fact that despite the Nothern
America market
is new for us we already have regular clients also speaks for itself.

WHY YOU?
The international money order tax for legal entities (companies) in China is 21%,
whereas for the individual it is only 10%. That\'s why we need you! We need agents to
receive
payment for our products in their locality and to resend the money to us. This way
we will save
money because of tax decreasing.

HOW MUCH WILL YOU EARN?
10% from each sale/resale operation! For instance: you receive $100,000 USD to your
bank account.
You will withdraw the money and keep $10000 (10% from $100,000) for yourself! At the
beginning your
commission will equal 10%, though later it will increase up!
